I finished day 10 of the reset. I am feeling great. Officially down 6.6lbs from the start. I would say the biggest difference is in my energy levels. I haven’t needed a nap after I teach in the morning which is awesome. I had either the berry smoothie or the fiber fantastic smoothie every morning for breakfast. I love those! I made the heavenly hash browns a couple times for myself and My fiancé and we both love them! I’m not usually a sweet potato girl but with the red pepper flakes and an egg (I add a little hot sauce on top) I love them. I was pleasantly surprised by the 60 second soup. I don’t usually eat cold soups. It was easy to make and delicious! I had that almost every day for a week. I plan on going for another 15 days and I want to try more of the salad recipes. I also started journaling which I think I really need in my life. I replaced watching Netflix before bed with reading and that helped a lot. I have been drinking more water and taking probiotics for the first time in my life. Overall, I’m feeling great! I highly recommend the reset. I learned that I benefit from incorporating dairy free and gluten free into my life. I probably won’t do that every day but when I’m feeling gross/off I know to go back to this. It’s nice to have dairy free recipes too since my fiancé is vegan. The website is straightforward and easy to follow. This was just what I needed to make my health a priority again.
